Thistle Paperweight made from a Real Flower (Large)

Open Thistle paperweight (Cirsium Vulgare). Of eighteen or so thistles found native, we have chosen this one as being the one usually ascribed to Scotland and adopted by the Stewart Kings.

Incredible hand-made paperweights. Real flowers are encapsulated perfectly and permanently within a resin shell. Every detail is preserved in glorious detail.

Made by hand in Wales

Most of the flowers and seedheads are grown naturally on the surrounding mountains or in the carefully tended gardens. Each specimen is hand picked then dried using a range of techniques designed to preserve their natural beauty. Next they are cast in clear resin (don't ask how we do it!) and then individually turned and polished to a superb finish.

Because of the nature of the product each paperweight is an original work of art with no two being identical making it an ideal gift and collectible.
